Booking and Scheduling
To book a session, select your preferred coach from the Coach Menu and click the “Book Now” button on their profile.
You can choose from four different plans: 8, 16, 24, or 40 sessions. You can schedule sessions at your preferred time, ensuring your selected coach is available during those slots.
Yes! You can include multiple children in a single booking. All selected kids will have their sessions scheduled under the same coach and skill.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will find a Call button on the booking details page to connect with your coach.
Rescheduling is not available within the app. To reschedule, please contact your coach or KiddeBudde Customer Service for assistance.
To cancel your booking, you must contact KiddeBudde Customer Service.
If you miss a session, You can contact your coach or KiddeBudde Customer Service to check if rescheduling is possible.
Plans and Pricing
After choosing your session details, you will see available plans based on your selected coaching type (Home Visit or On-Premises). Each type offers different pricing (Basic, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Select your preferred plan before proceeding to checkout.
No, once a plan is booked, it cannot be changed. However, you can renew or purchase a new plan once your current plan ends or contact KiddeBudde Customer Service for more information with Your Booking ID.
Yes! When only two sessions remain, a Recharge button will appear in the Booking Details section. Clicking it will allow you to renew your plan and even add more kids if needed.
Refunds are subject to the coach’s policy. Please contact KiddeBudde Customer Service for refund requests.
To complete a pending payment, navigate to: Menu > My Booking > Payment Pending, then follow the steps to confirm your booking.
