1. Non-Transferable: Your right to use KiddeBudde’s website/ application/ products/ services are not transferable. Any password, right or access given to you to obtain access the website/ application/ products/ services are not transferable.

2. Subscription: The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian. All products/ services and information displayed on our website/ application’s subscription/ packages page/ tab respectively shall constitute an "invitation to offer". Your subscription constitutes your "offer" which shall be subject to the terms of use. KiddeBudde reserves the right to accept or reject your offer. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise is stated. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice. KiddeBudde reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on its Website/ application. Any request for cancellations of orders placed shall not be entertained.

3. Payments: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing anything from KiddeBudde, any credit information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes. All transactions/ purchases made shall be in Indian rupees unless otherwise specifically stated.

4. Cancellation/ Refund: Any request for cancellations of orders placed shall not be entertained; however,

• i. If due to any exigencies the subscriber wishes to cancel the order placed for a particular activity, they may do so at any time before the commencement of the activity and shall be eligible for only half of the amount paid by them.
• ii. If by mistake or error on the server or processing, we get payment twice or more than once for the same order, we will refund the amount, received in excess,
• iii. If the activity for which payment was made gets cancelled, we will refund the actual amount paid for such activity.

Where the payment has been made through Credit Card / Debit Card, refund shall be made through the same Credit Card / Debit Card by which you have made the payment. Otherwise, refund shall be made through Cheque.
